- I will not start any work or purchase any fabrics before full payment is received. Unfortunately I do not accept payment plans!- Prices may increase if a character has more than 3 fur colours or complex markings. My price sheet does have a table of how much add ons cost, so you are able to get a rough estimate for your fursuit. I am always happy to give you a full quote if you would like a fully accurate price.- I can take payment via PayPal goods and services, Kofi or my Etsy shop. I will not take any PayPal friends and family payments. Transactions via Etsy will cost 10% extra to account for the platform’s fees, and listings often have the shipping price built into them rather than as a separate cost. If you’re interested in paying via Etsy but I don’t have the item you want listed, please contact me and I’ll be happy to set up a listing for you!- If I can not complete a commission for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of the price. - All fursuit parts are sent fully tracked and are securely packaged. I will not send packages untracked. Fabric sheets and wash guides are included in every order.- Fursuit heads and body suits are sent fully tracked and with full insurance.- UK packages typically arrive within 48 hours, and international packages typically arrive within 1-2 weeks.- Generally, orders will be sent with Royal Mail. However, if a country is known to have a high level of missing packages via its customs, I will use DPD as the courier service uses its own customs services.- US packages (excluding heads and body suits) are not currently affected by additional tariffs, though this could change in the future so it is recommended to contact me if you have concerns about this.- I am not responsible for any taxes or fees that may arise in receiving your package, they are your responsibility to pay. - After I have your reference and the commission has been paid for, I will send you the required measurements for your fursuit parts. You will need to be able to provide these or I will not be able to complete your commission. I will also send you fabric options and work with you to find the perfect fabrics for your commission! Arm sleeves and tails are patterned at this stage.- Ordering fabric may take a few days if I have other commissions to confirm at the same time, this is so I can order everything together. Once fabric has been purchased, I will send you the receipts.- Fabric typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, though if we have decided to purchase an international fabric it may take longer. I will message you as soon as everything has arrived. After I have all of the needed fabric, I will aim to start you fursuit within 1 week, though it could take up to 2. You will be provided an accurate start date individually.- I will send you an update at every stage of your commission. This typically starts with pattern confirmation, fabric cutting and then the process of sewing your individual parts.- If you do not like how something is coming out, please let me know as soon as possible! The earlier something is pointed out, the easier it is for me to edit it. I am always happy to make edits and corrections, and if something was my mistake you will not be charged for the fix. However, if the edit is something that was previously confirmed, you will be charged for the extra time and/or fabric required to change it.- If you previously confirmed a fabric and decide you would actually like a different one after it has been ordered, you will be charged for the new fabric. Some fabrics may have extra fees due to the high cost of importing international fabrics. If you would like a specific fabric to be used on your commission, please contact me first!- When the fursuit parts are completed to your liking, they will be photographed, brushed, packed and shipped to you. You will be sent your tracking number, the tracking website and a photo of the box with your address. The time it takes for me to ship your suit depends on what day it is finished, as I only go to the post office on certain days. You will never wait longer than 6 days, and will be individually provided the day on which I will be shipping your package. The photos will be sent to you after editing, though please be aware the editing could take some time. I do also take videos of the fursuit parts, though do not typically send these unless requested.
- I retain the right to post my work and to use it for my own promotion. Customer credit will be given wherever necessary.- You may not remove my watermark or signature from photos and videos of my work.- You may post the photos of the commissioned work where ever you would like, including work in progress photos and finished photos. I do ask WIP photos have a watermark added to them to prevent theft and scamming. Please credit me for the work. Do not claim it as your own.- You may use your fursuit however you would like. It is your property, however I do not take responsibility for any damage caused by extreme activities. You do not need to credit me in every post of the fursuit, however if credit is required please do so accurately. Do not claim my work as your own.- If you choose to use your fursuit for 18+ activities, please do not take any action that would directly lead to me seeing said content. I am a SFW creator and have no personal interest in adult content.- You may not use your commission for commercial work, however I am open to discuss commercial work.
