How to Commission Me
- If you are interested in a commission, please contact me! I am mainly active on my Instagram, however my other socials can be found in my carrd. Alternatively, you can commission me via my Etsy shop!- When contacting me, please be clear with what you would like. Let me know you are interested in a commission, and what type of commission you are looking for! You are also welcome to send me a reference sheet for a full quote before commissioning!- Please ensure you have a clear, digital reference of the character for me to work from if you are not commissioning a reference or a custom design. This reference can be emailed to me for higher quality, and I may request this if a character is particularly complex!- If commissioning a reference or custom design, please have some form of artwork, colour palette, mood board or general idea for me to work from.- Please feel welcome to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding commissions! I am always able to quote a price if you are unsure on anything!
Payment
- I will not start any work before full payment is received. Unfortunately I do not accept payment plans!- Prices may increase if a character has more than 3 fur colours or complex markings. I am always happy to give a quote if you would like to check this!- I can take payment via my Etsy shop, PayPal, Kofi donations or Stripe invoicing. If you would like to pay via Etsy but I do not have the item you’re interested in listed, please contact me and I can set one up!- Bank transfers can be discussed for larger payments.- If I can not complete a commission for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of the price. However, I will not give any refunds if you cancel the commission.- If you are unhappy with any work, please reach out to me and compensation can be discussed!- Shipping for any flat items is free within the UK, and is +£4 for any international country. Shipping for any thicker items is +£3 within the UK, and is +£6 for any international country. This shipping is not tracked but can be upgraded for the extra cost.- Shipping for fursuits can be discussed individually, as different parts cost different amounts. All fursuit parts are sent with tracking, fursuit heads are sent with tracking and insurance.- Any customs, taxes, fees, etc, are the buyer’s responsibility. I am not responsible for any mailing damages or delays, however please contact me if these issues arise.
My Commission Process
- References, measurements and any extra information will be required from yourself before a commission is started. Fabrics will also be discussed and receipts will be sent when ordered.- Work on art commissions will begin with a few days, work on fursuit commissions will typically begin 1-2 weeks after the fabric arrives, though this can vary. Your start date will be provided individually.- I will send you an update with a photo every time I work on your commission! Things like design and pattern shape will be sent to you to be confirmed. I am always happy to give extra updates if requested, however please do not spam me for updates.- If you do not like how something is coming out, please let me know as soon as you notice it! I am always able to make edits and corrections, however if this is left too late in the process, and you were given chances to mention it, an extra fee may be required for the edit.- If you previously confirmed a fabric, and decide you would actually like a different one after it has been ordered, you will be charged for the new fabric. Some fabrics may have extra fees due to the high cost of importing international fabrics. If you would like a specific fabric to be used on your commission, please contact me first!- When the art is completed to your liking, I am able to email a high quality png version of the artwork to you, or alternatively send it on a different platform, such as toyhouse or discord! I will not give out unwatermarked versions of my artwork. Physical artworks are not watermarked.- When physical artworks and fursuit parts are completed to your liking, they will be photographed, packed, and shipped to you. The photos will be sent to you after editing, and the item will be shipped within 1-3 days. Postage receipts will be sent to you. If you have tracked shipping, the tracking number and tracking website will be provided to you.
Product Usage
- I retain the right to post my work and to use it for my own promotion. Customer credit will be given wherever necessary.- You may not remove my watermark or signature from my work.- You may post any commissioned work where ever you would like, including work in progress photos and finished photos of physical works. However you must credit me for the work. Do not claim it as your own.- You may post a commissioned design however you would like. You do not need to credit me in every post of the character, however you may not take credit for the design and must credit me if required.- You may use a commissioned work as your profile photo/banner. Credit would be appreciated, but is not required in things like bios, however it is required in reposts of the work.- You may use a commissioned design however you would like. This includes redesigning the character, and reselling it. You must credit me for the original design. You may co-own a design.- You may use a commissioned fursuit however you would like. This includes refurbishments, but please credit all parts of the work correctly. You can use my fursuits for 18+ purposes, but I ask you do not send me the content, or tag me in any way that means I would see it. I am a SFW artist and have no personal interest in seeing adult content.- You may not use any regular commissions for commercial work, however I am open to discuss commercial design/artwork commissions. If you are interested, please contact me!- You may not use my artwork for NFTs or for AI learning.
Other Commission Information
- I am always available for free quotes for any type of commission! Digital and physical art commissions, keychains, and design commissions are generally always open, but may not be listed on Etsy! Please contact me if you are interested in anything!- Fursuit part commissions currently open once per month and slots are limited. I do have a ping list available if you would like to be added for first pick on fursuit commission slots! Head slots are not available until July 2025 at the earliest, though a ping list for this is also available!- I retain the right to decline any commission, for any reason. If the product is not fully completed but payment has been received, you will receive an 100% refund.- If you make me feel uncomfortable, your commission will be declined and refunded. This includes any sexual/romantic advances towards myself, explicit/NSFW references, continuous spamming, stalking, and potentially platonic advances if they are done in an uncomfortable manor.- I do not do holds, reserves or payment plans. This includes all commission types as well as adoptable.- My work queue can be seen on my trello, which is linked in my carrd. I aim to keep this regularly updated, so please check this if you are concerned about a potentially long queue. Artwork takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete, fursuit parts take approximately 1-2 months to complete. I will keep you consistently updated throughout the commission process. I will not work with deadlines.- Examples of my work can be found in my carrd and on my Instagram. Product videos can be found on my TikTok.- If there are any problems at all with your commission, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work on resolving the issue!
